These Travel Service Terms of nobletravels.com & nobleprices.com (“Service Terms”) are an agreement between Noble Travels ("nobletravels.com and nobleprices.com," “our”) and you (“you,” “your”).
These Service Terms incorporate the nobletravels.com and nobleprices.com Terms of Use and together govern your use of all travel products and services offered via the nobletravels.com & nobleprices.com website (the “Site”), the mobile application, or through text communications via a mobile carrier or third-party communication service like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger (collectively, the “Travel Services”).
THESE SERVICE TERMS CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND AN ARBITRATION PROVISION. YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JUDGE, JURY, OR CLASS ACTION.
nobletravels.com and/or nobleprices.com may modify these Service Terms at any time by posting a new version. Continued use of the Travel Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Some Travel Services may be subject to additional terms (“Additional Terms”), which are incorporated into these Service Terms. In the event of a conflict:
Travel Services are available only to users with a valid User Account. You may browse hotel accommodations, flights, packages, and other Travel Services and make reservations with suppliers.
As a condition of use, you represent and warrant that:
nobletravels.com and nobleprices.com reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking where pricing or material information is inaccurate or suspicious.
nobletravels.com and nobleprices.com do not provide hotel or flight services directly. All services are provided by independent suppliers. We are not liable for supplier acts, delays, cancellations, overbooking, force majeure, or government actions.
You agree not to:
Hotel reservations are subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions. Violation of supplier policies may result in cancellation and fees.
We will forward special requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
We act only as an intermediary. We do not control hotel operations and are not responsible for service quality or disputes.
Information provided is believed reliable but not guaranteed. Reliance is at your own risk.
In rare cases of check-in failure, a full or partial refund may be issued if you contact us immediately.
Exchange rates are estimates. Card issuer fees may apply. You are responsible for visas, travel documents, and entry requirements.
We provide a travel search platform only. Flights and related services are provided by third-party Flight Providers.
Your contract is directly with the airline or Flight Provider. We are not a contractual party to flight bookings.
Displayed exchange rates are estimates only.
You agree to comply with airline policies. Prohibited ticketing practices (e.g., hidden-city ticketing) may result in penalties.
You are responsible for meeting passport, visa, and health requirements.
Certain EU regulations (e.g., EC 261/2004) may apply to eligible flights.
Code-share flights may be operated by a different airline than ticket issuer.
Platform accessibility requests should be directed to Customer Service. Travel-related accessibility requests should be directed to the airline.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate information.
All Platform content is owned by nobletravels.com and nobleprices.com or their licensors. Commercial use is prohibited without permission.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Maximum remedy for booking pricing errors is a full refund of booking cost.
International treaties (e.g., Montreal Convention) may limit airline liability.
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
